Applying your customised retention schedule, we identify those records that are immediately eligible for destruction and schedule the remaining records for eventual destruction.

We can carry out the destruction in a secure and documented way, using our secure shredding services. When the process is complete, you have an optimised records inventory database, classified boxes with consistent records descriptions, and destruction review dates for your remaining inventory.
